Each Client will be responsible for Co-Pay, Co-Insurance, and Deductible, if they apply.

Medicare Part B No Payment at the time of service. Insurance will be billed. Private Insurance All Insurances will be billed.Patients will be responsible for Co-pays, Co-Insurance, and Deductible, if they apply.
